Our collaboration
École 42 is a tuition-free, no-lecture, no-diploma computer-science school. Beyond the curriculum, its Paris campus hosts a lively fabric of student clubs that run entrepreneur communities, hackathons and events open to the wider ecosystem.
Animalert is plugged into two of them: 42Builders, which gathers the campus tech-product community, and 42Entrepreneurs, which runs the founders' community. Through these clubs we get the cohort's eyes on the product: live user testing, feedback sessions with investors, and connections with students interested in the cause.
What makes this mode useful is that it forces us to face people who owe us nothing and won't quietly let a bug slide. For a non-profit project aiming at production, that's exactly the kind of demanding feedback we need.
